BE IT ORDAINED! by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That a certain tract of land adjoining the corporate limits of the City of Salina, in the southeast quarter (SE/L.) of Section Twenty-three 2 Y- (3), iange Three (3), i west of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, beginning at a point on the south line of the said quarter section 1321 feet west of the southeast corner thereof, j thence north parallel with the east line of said quarter section, 661.5 feet; thence west and parallel with the south line of said quarter i , 340 feet; thence south 661.5 feet to the south line of said quarter; thence -t on said line 310 feet, more: or less, to the place of beginning, be and it is hereb rico , ;_ y incorporated within the 1i ii- ,s of said city, so that the boundary line of said city will be straight and harmonious. Section 2. That a certain tract of land, adjo_ning the corporate limits of the City of Salina, being a part of the northeastuarter q (NEA) of Section Twenty-four (24) Town- sbip Fourteen (14) south, Range Three (3) west of the Sixth Principal Meridian as commenc- ing at a point on the north Line of Martin Avenue i.hich is 650 feet east of the crest line of the east half of said quarter section; thence east parallel to the line ine of said quarter 674.68 feet to the center line of Ohio Street, extended south, being the east 11ne I of said quarter section; thence south on said east lane 720 feet, more or less, to the j south line of Republic Avenue, extended east; thence west 671.88 feet; thence north 720 feet to the place of beginning, be and it is hereby included within the corporate limits of said city, said tract having been platted into lots and blocks as a part of the Replat of Blocks 3, 4,5 and 6, Hageman Park Addition to the said city. Section 3. That the corporate limits of the City of Salina be and the same are here- by extended to include the territory added to, taken into and made parts of said city under the provisions of the preceding sections of this ordinance, and that all of the land lying within the following described boundary be and the same is hereby declared to be within the corporate limits of said city and made a part of said city, and that such corporate limits be and the same are hereby defined, as follows: i Commencing at the point of intersection of the center of Ninth Street with the center of Cloud Avenue, being the corner common to Section 23, 24, 25, 26, Township 11� south, Range 3 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas;
