ORDINANCE NO. 5569

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance No. 5549 and the Zoning
District Map thereon and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain
property within the city and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District map and the
rezoning of certain lands hereinafter described has been timely complied with; and SO
NOW ME EFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina;
Section le AMEUMENT, DISTiUCT F, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, heretfore duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance No. 5519, be and it is hereby amended so that Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10),
Block Thirteen (13) Pacific Addition to the City of Salina shall become a part of
District F, Light Industrial District. That the use of said described property shall
be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided in
said Ordinance No. 5519 with reference to the Light Industrial District, as aforesaid.
Section 2• AMMEENT, DISTRICT D, LOCAL BUS arESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning Dis-
trict Map of the City of Salina, heretofore duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance No. 5519, be and it is hereby amended so that Block One (1) in the Replat of
Lots 1-15 Garden Home Addition to the City of Salina, shall become a part of District D,
Local Business District. That the use of said described property shall be subject to
all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided in said Ordinance
No. 55.9, with reference to the Local Business District, as aforesaid.
Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
