5566 Parking Time Limitsji LA I - - - - - ORDINANCE No. 5566 _ (First Published in the Salina Journal 1951) AN ORDINANCE regulating and limiting the time of parking of vehicles on a part of a certain street in the City of Salina and providing a penalty for the violation thereof. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. 24-1415A. PARKING TIME LIMITED IN DESIGNATED PLACE ADDITIONAL TWO HOUR ZONE. No person shall park or leave or cause or permit to be parked or left any vehicle for more than two hours at any one time at any one place between the hours of 7 o'clock A. M. and 7 o'clock B. M. on any day of the week except Sunday, on the following portion of that certain street in the City of Salina, Kansas, to -wit: On each side of Fifth Street between Walnut Street and Mulberry Street. Section 2. This ordinance shall be deemed to supplement the provisions of Section 24- 1415, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, 1948, Section 3. PENALTY. A person convicted of a violation of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall for conviction be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00 or by imprisonment of not more than ten days. Section 4* This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
