AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of certain streets and portions of streets in
the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. VACATION - CLARK STREET. That that part of Clark Street from the
north line of the right-of-way of the Union Pacific Railroad Companys thence north
to the extreme southeasterly line of Broadway Boulevard in said city, be and it is
hereby vacated.
Section 2. VACATION - SAMPSON STREET, That Sampson Street, from the north line
of the right -of -sway of the Union Pacific Railorad Company, thence north to the south
line of North Street in said city, be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 3. VACATION - LOGAN STREET. That that part of Logan Street from the
east line of Chicago Street, thence east to the west line of College Avenue# be and
it is hereby vacated.
Section 4. REVERSION. That said portions of said streets vacated, as aforesaid,
shall revert to the adjacent property as provided by law.
Section 5. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
