AN ORDINANCE prescribing the place of installation of certain sidewalks in the City
pf Salina, Kansas,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Salina., Kansas.
Section 1. SIDEgALK - LOCATION. That due to the unusual physical facts it is
hereby ordered that all sidewalks hereafter constructed and installed on either side
of Quincy Street, from the north line of Kirwin Avenue, thence north to the south line
of Republic Avenue, shall be placed so that the inside line of said sidewalks shall be
8.5 feet from the private property line and 31.5 feet from the center line of Quincy
Street.

That allsuch construction or installation shall be otherwise made and completed
as provided by Sections 23-1101 to 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised Ordinances of the
City of Salina, Kansas, 1948.
Section g. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in fullforce and affect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
