AN Offij1 ANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of a certain street in the
City of Salina, Kansas.
BE I`1' RESOL'�TED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas,
Section 1. That part of Marietta Avenue in the City of Salina, Kansas commencing
at the west line of Broadway Boulevard, formerly Olive Street, thence west to the east
line of the new channel of Dry Creek, be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That said portion of said street so vacated shall revert to adjacent
property as provided by law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and ublication once in the official city paper.
