_ ORDINANCE NO, 5556
AN ORDINANCE granting permission to change the frontage in certain lots and pieces
of real estate, being Lots 1-153 both inclusive in Gardenhome, a part of the
South Half (S/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4 of Section Thirteen (13),
Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the 6th P. M. in Saline
County, Kansas, now a part of the City of Salina, Kansas.

Section 1. That the replat of Lots 1-15, inclusive, in Garden Home Addition to
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, being a replat of Lots 1-15, inclusive,
of Gardehhome, a Part of the South Half (9/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of
Section Thirteen (13), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the 6th
P. NI. in Saline County, Kansas, and the changing of the frontage of said Lots 1-15,
as originally platted as portrayed on the original plat of said Gardenhome, the
original plat thereof having been filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Saline County, Kansas, on April 26, 1915, as prayed for by petition filed by Ralph E.
Brown, is hereby approved and allowhd and the replatting thereof under the name,
aforesaid, is hereby apliroved.

Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the Register of Deeds of Saline County,
Kansas, the fact of the passage and publication of this ordinance upon the plat of the
replat of Lots 1-15, inclusive, in Garden Home Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, as provided by law.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect ant be in force after its adoption
and publication once in the official city paper.
