ORDINANCE NUMBER 90-9404
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 38-151, 38-152 AND 38-153 OF
THE SALINA CODE PERTAINING TO THE DEFINITIONS OF NOISE, PROHIBITED
NOISE AND OPERATING NOISE LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Sections 38-151, 38-152 and 38-153 of the Salina Code
pertaining to noise, prohibited noise and operating noise limits are hereby
repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
