Kansas, in the itDa Light Industrial District as that district is defined by
Section 6 of ordinance Number 3188 and providing for the proper use t _ereof.
1d�AS, all conditions precedent for the rezoning of certain __ands hereinafter
described have been fully and ti ely complied with, and SC, v;,' i -.RL ORL,
BE IT ORDAIPTLD by the Board. of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That certain lands be and they are hereby included in the
Light Industrial District as that cistrict is defined by Section 6 of ordinance
Niunber 3188 and all amendments thereto of said city to-i.*it:
Lots 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 in Block 9,
Pacific Addit�-on in the City of Salina,
Kansas,

provided that said lands may be used only for the purpose authorized by Section 11
of said Ordinance Number 3188 as amended and further subject to such regulations as
hereafter deemed appropriate by said come-aission.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in force from and after its ;ublica-
tion once in the official city paper.
