Section 1. That the City Planning and Zonan Commission of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be and it is hereby recuired to recommend the boundaries of districts or zones
into rhich the Cit?; of Sal r_a shall be divided,-vithin :,rhich distracts or zones the
location oft rales or industries, and the locat'_on, erection, alteration and repair of
buildings designed for specific uses, and the uses of the land ,--thin each district or
zone are to be regulated; and that the said City Plannin,_r and Zoning Commission further
recommence such appropriate .regulations to be enforced therein. That said City Planning
and Zoning Comr-iss_i.on shall make a tentative report containino- succi recomr:-.endations herein
provided for on or before the 2jLth day of January 1951 , and ;hall i1old

public hearing thereon for the consideration of said tentative ren_ crt. Said hearings
shall be held in the City Court room in the City !,all in the City of Salina, �.nsas, on
the 6th day of March ]_9 51 , on the 7th day of Iviarch 1951
