A ti 0M1k ,,XE providing for the removal of certain lands in the City of Salina,
Kansas, from the "An Residential District as that district is defined
by Section 3 of Ordinance Number 3188 and said ordinance as amended, and
for the inclusion of said lands in the "D" Light industrial District
as that district is defined by Section 6 of Ordinance Number 3188
and providing for the proper use thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter
described have been timely complied with; and
SO NOW THEREFURE,
BE 1T uRDAli,ED by the Board of Uomrai.ssioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That certain lands be and therefore are hereby removed
from the "Ari Residential District as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordi-
nance Number 3188 and amendments thereto, and that said lands be and they are hereby
included in and made a part of the ''D" Light industrial District as that district
is defined by Section 6 of Ordinance number 3188 of said City, to -wit:
Lots Iwo (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6)
Surveyor's kiat 31, in the City of Salina, Kansas,
provided however, that said lands may be used only for the purposes authorized by
Section 11 of said Ordinance :dumber 3188 and further subject to such regulations
as are hereafter dee;;ed appropriate by said Commission.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in force from and after
its publication once in the offic_..al City paper.
