AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land T ith.in the corporate
limits of the City of Salina, prescribing the corporate limits of said city and
repealing Section 2 of Ordinance No. 5507.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a certain tract of land, described as XSECEM Lots One (1)
to fourteen (14), both inclusive, and the west four and five one-hundreths (1.05)
feet of Lot 15 in Garden Home Addition, a subdivision in Saline County, Kansas,
being a part of the south half ( Sl) of the southeast quarter (SE -414 of Section 13,
Township 14 south, Range 3 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County,
Kansas, and the dedicated streets and traveled roads adjoining the same, adjoins the
existing limits of said city and the owners thereof petitioned the Board of Com-
missioners of said city to include said tract within the corporate limits of said
city and it is deemed advisable to include the same within the city. That said tract
has heretofore been platted into blocks,ds-of-e-yia. That
said described tract should be and it is hereby included within the corporate lirits
of said city.

dedicated and adjoining streets west, north and south thereof and the west 7 feet
and B inches of P:IcAdams Avenue on the east side thereof, now adjoining the corporate
limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, and having been heretofore platted into blocks
and lots, be and it is hereby included within the corporate limits of said city.

south line 650 feet to the intersection of said south line with the east line of the

the corporate limits of the City of Salina, 1Kansas, as heretoi'orE! existing on the east
side thereof and said 19.72 acres adjoins the tract described in Section 1 hereof on
the south and the tract described in Section 2 hereof on the north, and said described
tract contains less than twenty (20) acres and it is necessary to include all of the

tieill be straight and harmonious and that it is advisable that the tract be and it is
hereby included within the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 4. That a certain tract of land described as: Block Seven (7) in
Claflin Addition to the Grounds of Kansas Wesle-an University, a subdivision of Saline
County Kansas, being a part of the northeast (M -I) quarter of the southeast (SES)
quarter of Section T;.aenty-f our (24) , Township Fourteen (14) south, Range Three (3 )
west of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County-, Kansas anithe streets adjoining
the seine on the west, north and south andi`the west 7 feet 8 inches of 1cAdams Avenue
on the east side thereof, adjoins the Via€ corporate limits of said city and
the o-Aner thereof petitioned the Board of Commissioners of said city to include said
