I BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That a certain tract of land, described as XSECEM Lots One (1) to fourteen (14), both inclusive, and the west four and five one-hundreths (1.05) feet of Lot 15 in Garden Home Addition, a subdivision in Saline County, Kansas, being a part of the south half ( Sl) of the southeast quarter (SE -414 of Section 13, Township 14 south, Range 3 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, and the dedicated streets and traveled roads adjoining the same, adjoins the existing limits of said city and the owners thereof petitioned the Board of Com- missioners of said city to include said tract within the corporate limits of said city and it is deemed advisable to include the same within the city. That said tract has heretofore been platted into blocks,ds-of-e-yia. That said described tract should be and it is hereby included within the corporate lirits of said city. a certain described as. Section 2. That ract of land Block$One (1) to Four (4), both inclusive, in Hageman Park, a subdivision of Saline I County, Kansas, being a part of the southeast (SE-) quarter of the northeast (MO quarter of Section Twenty Four (24) Tovanship Fourteen (14) south, Range Three (3) west of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, and the platted, dedicated and adjoining streets west, north and south thereof and the west 7 feet and B inches of P:IcAdams Avenue on the east side thereof, now adjoining the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, and having been heretofore platted into blocks and lots, be and it is hereby included within the corporate limits of said city. a certain described as Section 3.
