AT, ORDI DANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the City of Salina

Kansas in the "B" Residential District as that district is defined by Section
4 of Ordinance Number 3188 and providing for the proper use thereof.
- REAS, all conditions precedent for the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter
described have been fully and timely complied with, and SO, N0:7 THLRZORE,
BE IT ORDAI1,ED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 1. That certain lands be and they are hereby included in the "B"
Residential District as that district is defined by Section 4 of Ordinance Number
3188 and all amendments thereto of said city, to -wit:
The East 110 feet of Lot 1, together with 5 feet
j accreted on the north of said east 110 feet of
Lot 1; east 100 feet of the south 14 feet of Lot
2; and east 100 feet of the north 36 feet of Lot
3; all in Block 1 in Morrison's replat of part
of replat of I'lorrisonts Third Addition, east of
Tenth Street in the City of Salina, Kansas, Swine
County, Kansas.
provided that said lands may be used only for the purpose authorized by Section 9
of said Ordinance Number 3188 as amended and further subject to such regulations
as hereafter deemed appropriate by said commission.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in force from and after its publica-
tion once in the official city paper.
