Section 1. That the foregoing preambles be and they are hereby authorized as a
part of this ordinance and that for the purpose of providing funds to :gay the cost
of the improver2ents herein above referred to and described in tie ordinances and
resolutions hereinbefore referred to, there shall be issued internal Improvement Bonds
of the City of Sal -na, Kansas, in the total principal sum of X195,; 50.86, zi ch shall

13-1011 and 13-1011a, all in the General Statutes of Kansas 1935, and amendments theretcq

and all ocher bonds of this series, and all interest thereon are to be paid by the
City of Salina, Kansas.
And it is hereby declared and certified that all acts, conditions, and things reouired
to be done and exist precedent to and in the issuance of this bond have been properly
