AN QRJI' �°_I'CE providing for the vacation of a portion of a certain street in. the
City of Salina, Kansas
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of theCi!-y of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That part of Kirwin Street in the City of Salina, Kansas com-
mencing at the southwest corner of Lot 6, Block 3, Beverly 1.1anor, an addition
to the City of Salina, Kansas, thence south 10 feet, thence east 120 feet,
thence not-th 10 feet to the southeast corner of said lot, thence west 120 feet
to the place of beginning, as aforesaid, be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That saidportion of said street so vactted shall revert to
adjacent property as provided by law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
