AN ORDITI.A.1,10E providing for the vacation of a certain portion of a certain public
alley within the City of Salina, Saline County, &nsas..
BE IT ORDAI ED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
SECTION 1. That the North and South Alley, adjoining; Lots 1,2,3 and 4 in
Block 6, Phillips East Salina Addit=on, in the C ty of Salina, Saline County,
be and it is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption, publication once in the official city paper and upon a co:.y
hereof duly certified by the City Clerk as havi-r.g been published, being recorded
in the office of the Register of Deeds, provided that the City Clerk shall not
certify the same until the said city has been reimbursed for',e cost of publication.
