T"'REAS, Ordinance Number 2152 of the City of Salina, provided for the vacation of tha-; eertion portion of Seventh Street from the south line of the Union Pacific Right - of -Way, thence south to thenorth line of North Street; and, 17HEREAS, Ordinance I2umber 5506 of the City of Salina, provided for re -opening a certain portion of the said vacated portion of Seventh Street; and, rEIEREAS, in the opinion of the governing body of the City of Salina, that said re -opened portion of Seventh Street should be vacated. SO, 1d0 r TI ,�REFORE, BE IT ORM-1-14-EI} BY THE BO -;.RD OF COI!d-FISSIONE1RS OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS ; Section 1. That, that certain re -opened portion of Seventh Street, a street inthe City of Salina, Kansas, described as follows, to wit; Carmencing at a point thrity-two and one-half (32-1) feet east of the sourtheast corner of platted Lot 24, Block 4 in Calkins Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, being on the north line of North Street in said city as a place of beginning, thence north one -hundred -ten (110) feet to the north line, projected east of platted Lot twenty-seven (27) in said Block 4, thence east fifteen (15) feet, thence south one hundred -ten (110) to the north line of said North Street, thence west to the place of beginning, be and it is hereby vacated. Section 2. That Ordinance Number 5506 be and it is hereby repealed. Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
