LE IT CIRDADEED by the Board of Co.ruiissioners of the Ci.tir of Salina, K. nsas:
Section 1. That Tract #8 of Sect Lon 1 of Ordinance No. 5672 is hereby a:iended to
read as follows:
Tract #8. The west fifty (50) feet of the north one rod of the southwest
quarter (SUS ) of the northwest quarter (rrv7) of Section Nineteen (19)
Township i"ourteen (14) south, Range Two (2) west of the Sixth Principal
iieridian in Saline County, Kansas.
Section 2. That paragraph #2 of Section 2 of Ordinance No. 5672 is hereby &--nended
to -read as follows:
#2. The east 200 feet of the t-test 250 feet of Lot 3 in Surveyorts Plat 19,
being a part of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 18,
Township 14 south, Range 2 west in Saline County, Kansas.
Section 3. That the original of Tract #8 of Section 1 of Ordinance 5672 and thJ4
original of Paragraph #2 of Section 2 of Ordinance 5672 be and each are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication
once in the official city paper.
