AN ORDINANCE providing for the display of numbering of buildings being erected, and
providing a penalty for the violation thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. 23-205A. Display of Numbers of Buildings being erected. No
business house or dwelling situated within the corporate limits of the City of Salina,
forthwith
Kansas, shall be erected without displaying AI)e number assigned to such building on
arm in front of such building.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be deemed to supplement the provisions of
Article 2, Chapter 23 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, Kansas, 1948,
Section 3. Any pers m who shall fail to display the number assigned as provided
by this ordinance shall. be deemed guilty of a middemeanor and upon conviction thereof
be fined not more than $25,00
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
