Section 2. That it is necessary and it is hereby ordered that a r°lain Sewer District,

and built as lain Sewer Listrict UIi-A, along the following described course within said
district, as follows.
An 18 inch clay pipe ewer beginning at a near nanhole constructed over the
exiLsting 18 inch caly pipe sewer in Crawford Street and the alley between
Front Street and Second Street; thence west do Crawford Street aproxima.tely
850 feet to a manhole to be there constructed; thence proceedingr'a 15 inch
clay pipe sewer from said manhole gest in Crawford Street appro,i-r.ately 600
feat to a manhole to be there constructed; thence proceeding as a 12 inch
cast iron pipe sewer hest appro:cimat-ely 3,740 feet in Crawford Street to a
sewage pumping station to be there constructed; thence there pn)ceeding as

prepare and file in the of -ice of the City Clerk plans and specifications for the con-
struction of the :Iain Sewer District Dpi A provided for in the preceding section of this
ordinance, which shall be of the proper character and alon; the proper course and at the
proper grade to serve the pro-oerty l;rirlc; within the district within which such sewer is
to be constructed, and shall on or before said date, prepare and submit to the board of
Co.criissioners detailed estimates, under oath, of the cost thereof. That thereafter the

City Clerk shall advertise .for three consecutive Clays in the city paper for sealed pro-
posals for the building and construction of such a scwer according to Bach plans and
specifications,
which proposal shz,,ll be filed with the Citi- Clerk on or before the ti_re
fixed in such notice, at which ti :c the 3oard of Corunissi.oners may let a contract for the
building and construction of such a sewer to tine lo,,rest res;onsible bidder or bid ers

and provided further tihat said board shall reserve the right to refuse any and all such
