That a certain tract of land adjoining the corporate It its of I the City of Salina, Kansas, in Section 24, in Township 14 south, Range 3 rest of the Sixth Principal Iueridian, in Saline County, Kansas, described as follows: Beginning at a point which is 1326.0 feet vest and 700.0 feet north of the south- east corner of Secticn 24, Tovmship 14 south, Range 3 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian; thence north 326.0 feet; thence east 1326.0 feet; thence south 326.0 feet; thence west 1326.0 feet to the point of beginning, be and it is hereby included within the corporate limits of said city, the owner of said tract having petitioned for the inclusion thereof. Section 2. That certain tract of land adjoining the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, in Section 24 and in Section 19, all in Township 14 south, Range 3 west of the Sixth 11rincipal ueridian in Saline County, Kansas, described as follovis: Beginning at a point vtnich is 1326.0 feet wrest and 1026.0 feet north of the southeast corner of Lection 24, Township 14 south, Range I 3 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian; thence north 326.,0 feet; thence east 1326.0 feet; thence north 617.0 feet; thence east 250.0 feet; thence south 1269.0 feet; thence west 250.0 feet; thence north 326.0 feet; thence wrest 1326.0 feet to the place of beginning, be and it is hereby included vizthin the corporate limits of the said city, said tract containing less than 20 acres and more than i two-thirds (2/3) of the north, south and west boundaries adjoining the boundary I line of said city.
