AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Num -bey. 5549 and the coning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain
property within the city and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and the
rezoning of certain lands hereinafter described has been timely complied with; and SO
LOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Co=issioners of the City of Salina, Kansasz

Section 1. AMENDIMT, DISTRICT F, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, heretofore duly adopted and
published as a part

of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following property

described as follows; to with

Lots Nine (9) to Twenty (20) inclusive,
Block Two (2) Pacific Addition to the
City of Salina, Kansas, be rezoned to
District "F"

shall become a part of District "F" Light Industrial. That the use of said described
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made
and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with refererice to the Light Indubtrial
District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. EFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
