That a certain tract of land adjoining the corporate linits of the City of Salina, Kansas, in Section 18 and Section 19, all in To.-nzs.ip 14 south, Range 2 west of the Sixth. Principal meridian, in Saline County, Kansas, described as follows: Beginning at a point at the center line of Greely Avenue and 150 .feet east of the west line of said Section 1.8; thence east 100 feet along center line of Greely Avenue; thence south 5006 feet on a. line 250 feet east of and parallel to the west line of said Sections 18 and 19 to its intersection with the center line of Minneapolis Avenue extended east; thence west I 100 feet along extended center line of Minneapolis Avenue; thence north 5006 feet on a line which is 150 feet east of and parallel to the west line of said Sect_ons 18 and 19 I to the place of beginning, be and it is hereby included within the corporate limits of said city, said tr�_ct containing less than 20 acres in more than Uo-thirds (2/3) of the I -rest and north boundaries touch the boundary line of said city. Section 2. That certain tract of land adjoining the corporate liirits of the City of Salina, Kansas, in Section 24, Township 14 south, Range 2 west of the Sixth Principal Heridian in Saline County, Kansas, described as follows: Beginning at the point of I in-ersection of the center line of Minneapolis Avenue extended east and the east line of I said Sect -on 24; thence south alonE the east line of said Sect -on 617.0 feet; thence west 1326 feet to the cents line of Roach Street 617.0 feet; thence east along the center line of Minneapolis Avenue extended east 1326.0 feet to the place of beginning'q be and it is hereby included within the corporate limits of the said city, said tract containing less than 20 acres and :Wore than two-thirds (2%3) of the north and west boundaries adjoin the boundary line of said city. Section 3. That a certain tract of land adjoining the co-po_ate li::i.ts of the City of Salina, in Section 22, Township 14 south, Range 3 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said section thence south along the east line of said Section 26L4.3 feet to one-quarter line of said section; thence west on said quarter line 993.3 feet; thence north and parallel to the east line of said section 2640.0 feet; thence cast along north line of said section 993.3 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning, be and it is hereby incorporated with- in the limits of the City of Salina, the oirzers having, petitioned therefore. Section 4. That a certain tract of land adjoining the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas in Sect .on 23, To-vmship 14, Range 3 west of the Sixth Principal Heridian in Saline CountIT Kansas, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the north line of to southwest quarter of said section and the west right-of-way line of said by-pass; 1 1 1 thence southeasterly along said west line of by-pass 71,.90 feet, more or less, to the center line of Jewell Avenue, City of Salina extended west; thence west along extended center line of Jewell Avenue 2300 feet, more or less, to the west line of said section; thence north along the west line of said section 1280 feet to the one-quarter comer of said section; thence east along the north lire of said section 1642.9 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning be and it is hereby incorporated within the limits of the City of Salina, the o.mers having petitioned t=_erefore. That a certain tract of land adjoining the corporate li_zLts of the City of Salina., Kansas in Section 23, Township 14, Range 3 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, described as follows; Beginning at the intersection of the north line of the Southwest Quarter of said section and the west right-of-way line of said by-pass; thence east 1040.6 $eet, more or less, to the east right-of-way line of the Eissouri Pacific iL ilroad; thence south along said railroad right-of-way 1280 feet; thence west 400.0 feet, more or less, to the west right-of-way of said by-pass; thence northwesterly along west right-of-way line of said by-pass 1490 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning, be and it is hereby incorporated within the corporate limits of said city, that more t'_ran two thirds of the north and east boun._.aries of said tract touch the boundary line of said city.
