AN ORL,IN1 !,TCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5519 and
the Zoning Listrict Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the
rezoning of certain property within the city and prescribing the proper uses
thereof. V
WhILREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map
and the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter described has been timely comp-
lied with; and SO NOW Ti�REFORE,
BE IT ORLAII3 by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina., Kansas:
Section 1. AML-1'LME;NT, DISTRICT F, LIGHT INLUSTRI L ISTRICT. That the
zoning District Map of the City of Salina, heretofore duly adopted and pub-
lished as a part of Ordinance Number 55.9, be and it is hereby amended so that
the following property described as follows, to -wit:
Commencing at a point 200 feet west of the inter-
section of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company
right-of-way and the south line of West Crawford
Street, thence west 675 feet, more or less to the
east line of the U. S. 81 By Pass, thence north
on the east line of said By -Pass, 1279.5 feet,
thence east 875 feet, more or less, parallel with
the north line of West Crawford Street to the
west line of said railroad right-of-way, thence
south on the east line of said right-of-way 979.5
feet, thence west 200 feet, thence south 300 feet
to the point of beginning, being a part of t:ie
Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 14, Range
3 West of the 6th P. M. in Saline County, Kansas,
be rezoned from Class "A" Residential to Listrict
aF" Light Industrial.
Shall become a part of District 'IF" Light Industrial. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and
limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 55.9 with
reference to the Light Industrial District, as aforesaid.
Section 2—EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official
city -paper.
