AN ORDINA17CE providing for and regulating the use of certain lands as
a trailer camp as authorized by Section 13, Ordinance iT tuber 55.9, and
voiding Ordinance Number 5641..
VHY—U.S, all conditions precedent to the authorization of thE: use of
lands as herein pursuant to Section 13, Ordinance .,Ti,.mber 5519, have
come to pass; 30, NOW,

Kansas:
Section 1. That for a period of UME (3) years from April 21,
1952, the folloti:Ln described land may be used as a trailer camp, to-
wit:

A part of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4)
of Section Twenty three (23), Township
Fourteen (11L) South, Range Three (3)
West of the 6th P. M., described as be-
ginning at a point thirty (30) feet
South and One Hundred and Fifty (150)
feet west of the Northeast corner of the
Northwest Quarter r^f said Section 23;
thence south 00 001 West, a distance o:e
1080 feet; thence south 890 Olt 3011
West, a distance of 311.15 feet; thence
North 00 00t 3011 along the west boundary
a distance of 108:0' feet to a �-ointi
Thirty (30) feet south of the North line
of said Section 23; thence North 890 Olt
301 east a distance of 3.1.15 feet to the
point of beginning.
PROVITfd,, Hn1,1 VLR, that such use is deemed to be subject to the requisite
of Sections 25-101 to 25-107, as amended, Revised Ordinances o---' the City
of Salina, 194£ , and all other ordinances ces of the City of Sal - a, and
provided further that said use may be extended from time to time by
the Commission if need therefor exists.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in fLill force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication in the official city paper.
