and interest as they severally mature, the Board of Com..issioners shall annually levy a
tax upon all real and personal property in the City of Salina in all amount sufficieht
to pay the annual installments of such principal and interest, and. that pending the issue
Of such bonds, temporary notes sh�.Il be issued according to lair, to paZT the cost of such
work.
Section 3. This ordinance shall tame effect and be in Lull force from and alter
