ORLINANCE NO. 5643
AN ORD-I-11ANCE regulating and lim:..ting the time of parking of vehicles on a part of z
certain streets in the City of Salina and providing a penalty for the violation
thereof.
BE IT Oiii)AINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kai sas.
Section 1. 24-1415 B. PAR.KII G TIP`Z, LL,1ITLb IN LESIGNATED PLACE ALLITIONAL TWO
HOUR ZONE. No person shall park or leave or cause or peimlt to be parked or left
any vel.icle for more than two hours at any one time at any one place between the hours
of 7 o'clock A. hI. and 7 o'clock P. M. on any day of the week except Sunday, on the
following portion of that certain street in the City of Salina, Kansas, to -crit:
On the south side of Iron Avenue between Eighth Street and Ninth Street.
On the west side of Eighth Street between Iron Avenue and Walnut Street.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be deemed to supplement the provisions of (1)
Sect" on 21.E -1415j Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, 1948, and (2) of Ordinance
No. 5566.
Section 3. PENALTY. A person convicted of a violation of this ordinance shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall for conviction be punished by a fine of not
more than $100.00 or by imprisonment of not more than ten days.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
