AN ORLDA110E providing for and reg`:lating the use of certain lands as a trailer camp as
j authorized by Section 13, Ordinance No. 5549.
:,FIEREAS, all conditions precedent to the authorization of the use of lands as herein
pursuant to Section 13, Ordinance No. 5549, have come to pass; S0, NOW,
BE IT +CRDA111ED By the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That for a period of "Wo (2 } , -.,ears from April 21, 1952, the following
described land may be used as a trailer camp, to -wit:
A part of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Twenty three (23), Township
Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the 6th P. M.. described as be-
ginning at a point thirty (30) feet South and One Hundred and Fifty (150)
feet West of the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section
23; thence South 00 001 West, a distance of 1080 feet; thence South 890 011
30" West, a distance of 341.15 feet; thence North 00 001 3011 along the west
boundary a distance 10LOI feet to a point thirty (30) feet south of the North
line of said Section 23; thence North 690 011 301 East a distance of 341.15
to the point of beginning.
Provided however, that such use is deemed to be subject to the requisite of Section:
25-101 to 25-107, as amended, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, 1948, and all
other ordinances of the City of Salina„ and provided further that said use may be extended
from time to time by the Commission if need therefor exists.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
