AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a dedicated utility easement (alley).
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of theCity of Salina.
Section 1. That that certain fourteen foot right-of-way for utilities (alley)
dedica*ed to public use extending from the west line of Lots 2 and 14 Block 2, in
as set forth on the original plat of said addition,
MORNING SIDE ALDITION to the City of Salina, Kansas �� thence to the east, line of said
lots, be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That said utility right-of-way shall revert to the adjoining land as
provided by law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective from and after its adoption

and publication once in the official city paper.
