AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of certain public alleys in the City of Salina,
Kansas,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That all of those certain north and south public alleys bisecting each
of Blocks 1, 21 3, 7 and 8 in Chicago Additinn to the City of Salina, be and each are
hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its

adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
