AN ORDINANCE prescribing the salaries of certain officers of the City of Salina and
repealing Secti.:n 1-611 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, 1948,
as amended by ordinance 5575 of said city.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. That Section 1-611 of the Revised Ordinances of the City
of Salina, 1948s as amended by Ordinance No. 5575 of said city, be and it is hereby
amended to read as follows:

"1-611 OFFICERS OF THE CITY COURT. (Salaries) 1. Judge of the City Court per
month, $275.00. 2. Clerk of the City Court, per month $175.00. 3. Darshall of
the City Court, permonth $175.00."
Section 2. That the salaries aforesaid be effective from and after March 1, 1952•
Section 3, RFMLL, That Section 1-611 Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina..
Kansas, 1948, as amended by Ordinance No. 5575 of said city, be and it is hereby
repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
