5613 ZoneORLI 1?.NCE NO. 5613 - (Published in the Salina Journal - _ 1952) - AN ORLI LANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance No. 5519 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain Property within the city and prescribing the proper uses thereof. i i fdfE AS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter described has been timely complied with; and SO NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the board of Corm7issio ers of the City of Slina: Section 1. AME101-11ENT, DIS`.['RICT G, HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, heretofore. duly adopted and. published as a part of Ordinance No. 55.9, be and it is hereby amended so that the following property described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the south line of Section 114 at the point of intersection of the south line of said section with the west right-of-ti-iay line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence west along said south line, 100 feet, thence north parallel to said west right-of-way line, 30 feet, thence west and parallel to said south line of said Section 14, 100 feet, thence north, parallel to the said west right-of-way line, 300 feet, thence east and parallel to said south line of said Section 14, 200 feet to a point on the said west right-of-way line, thence south along said west right-of-way line, 330 feet, to point of beginning* be rezoned from Class "Att Residentail to District "G", Heavy Industrial. A tract of land in the southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 1.4 south, Range 3 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian in SalLne County, Kansas, more particularly des- cribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the west right-ofoway line of US Highway 81, 978.62 feet north of the south line of said Section, thence west 305,fbet, thence north 233.08 feet, thence east 165 feet to a point on the west right-of-way line of said High- way 81, thence south on said right-of-way line 233.08 feet to the point of beginning, be rezoned from Class "All Residential to District "Gtt Heavy Industrial. A tract of land in the southwest quarter of Section 1.4, Township I.la., south, Range 3 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west right -of -xray line of US Highway 81, 745.55 feet north of the south line of said Section; thence west 165 feet; thence north 233.07 feet; thence east 165 feet to a point on the west right-of-way line of said Highway 81; thence south on said right-of-way line 233.07 feet to the point of beginning, be rezoned from Class "All Residential to District 'IG" Heavy Industrial, shall become a part of District G Heavy Industrial District. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided in said Ordinance No. 5549 with reference to the Heavy Industrial District, as aforesaid. Section 2. EFFECTIVE LATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
