AN ORDINANCE prescribing the salaries of certain officers of the City of Salina
and repealing Sections 1-602 to 1-610, both inclusive, of the Revised Ordinances
of the City of Salina, Kansas, 1948, as amended by Ordinance No, 5531•
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0I.1MISSIONERS OF TI1h CITY OF SALINA:
Section 1. AMEND14M That Sections 1-602 to 1-610, both inclusive, be and
they are hereby amended to read as follows;

Section 2. EF-'PECTIVE DATE. That the salaries aforesaid be effective from and
after January 1, 1952,
Section 3. REPEAL. That Sections 1-602 to 1-610, both inclusive, Revised
Ordinances of the City of Salina, Kansas, 1948, as amended by Ordinance No. 5531 be
and each are hereby repealed.
Section 4, That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
