Section 3. That the corporate limits of the City of Salina be and the same are hereby extended to include the territory added to, taken into and made parts of said city under the provisions of t' -Ie preceding sections of t' _ i_U c�rdir.ance, and that all of the land lying within the following described boundary be and the same is hereby declared to be within the corporate limits of sal_d city and made a part of said city, and that such corporate limits be and the same are hereby defined, as follows: Commencing at a point on the center line of Ninth Street extended south, 770 feet south of the intersection of the center line of Ninth Street with the center line of Cloud Avenue, said intersection All ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of the City of Salina, prescribing the corporate limits of said city and repealing Section 5 of Ordinance No. 5590. +T=ZEAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusions of certain :Land in the City of Salina have core to pass, and now BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas. Section 1. That a certain tract of land adjoining the limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereinafter described, does not exceed twenty -acres and is so situated that the entire north boundary of said described tract lies upon and touches the boundary line of the City of Salina, described as follows to -wit: Commencing at a point 400 feet east of the northwest corner of the northeast quarter (NE/4) of the northeast quarter (NE/4) of Section 26, Township 14 south, Range 3 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Saline County, Kansas; thence south 770 feet; thence east 350 feet; thence north 770 feet; thence west 350 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.2 acres, more or less, be and it is hereby included within the corporate limits of said city. Section 2. That a certain tract of land in Section 25, Township 14, south, Range 3 West, of the Sixth Principal Meridian in .saline County, Kansas, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the east right-of-way line of US Highway El with the south line of Section 24, Township 14 south, Range 3 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian; thence west along the south line of said Section 24, 60.2 feet to its inter- section with the center line of Ninth Street, thence south along the center line of Ninth Street 770 feet, thence east 60.2 feet, thence north and parallel to the center line of Ninth Street 770 feet to the point of beginning, be and it is hereby incorporated within the limits of the City of Salina, so that the boundzidy line of said city will be straight and harmonious. thence west along the center line of Walnut Street to the center line of Dry Creek, thence in a northerly direction down the center of Dry Creek to the intersection of the center li-e of said creek with the center line of the channel of the Dry Creek cut-off channel as now established, being the first point of intersection of said lines lying north of :;alnut Street;
