ORDINANCE NO. 5604

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance No. 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain
property within the city a: -.d prescribing the paper uses thereof.
.;REAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and the
rezoning of certain lands hereinafter described has been timely complied with; and
SO NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina:
Section 1. AT4IEND ANT, DISTRICT F, LIGHT I LUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning District
Map of the City of Salina, heretofore duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
No. 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that Lots 10, 12, 14 and 16 in Block 11,
Pacific Addition and Lots 18 and 20 in Block 16, Pacific Addition to the City of Saina,
shall become a part of District F Light Industrial District. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations
as made and provided in said Ordinance No. 5549 with reference to the Light Industrial
District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
