AN ORLLdANCE reg>>lating parking on a part of a certain street in the City of S d ina,
and providing a penalty for the violation thereof.
BE IT ORDAI�TL by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina.
Section 1. 24-1412A. ADDITIONAL NO PARKI ;G ZONE. No vehicle shall be parsed at
any time on the portions of the Boardway Boulevard as follows:
1. On either side of Broadway Boulevard between the intersection of the south
line of Broadway Boulevard with the west right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Rail-
road, and a point on said south line of Broadway Boulevard 200 feet southwest of said
intersection.
2. On either side of Broadway Boulevard between the intersect_cn of the north line
of Broadway Boulevard with the east right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad
and a point on said north line of Broadway Boulevard 200 feet ncrtheast of said inter-
section.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be deemed to supplement the provisions of Section
24-1412, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, 1918.
Section 3. PENALTY. A person convicted of a violation of the ordinance mall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall for conviction be punis]Zed by a fine of not
more than $100.00 or by imprisonment of not more then ten days.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force End effect fror.,i and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
