AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of utility rights of way and pedestrian
rights of way in the original plat of Edgemere Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansast
Section 1. That the utility easements and rights of way and pedestrian
easements and rights of way situate and as indicated on the original plat of

Edgemere Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, be and they are hereby each

vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
