AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a dedicated utility easement.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Comi.ssioners of the City of Salina, Kansans

Section 1. That that certain fourteen (14) foot right-of-way for
i
utility dedicated to public uses extending from the north line of Lot 1 and
i Lot 3, Block 30 Morningside Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, south to
i
a point seven (7) feet north of the south line of Lot 3 and Lot 2 in Block 3,
i
j Morningside Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, be and it is hereby vacated.
i
Section 2. That said utility right-of-way shall revert to the adjoining
j l
� and as provided by law.
j Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective from and after
I
its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
