AN ORDINANCE relating to State aid for the improvement of city connecting links
on the state highway system.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute for and on behalf of the City of Salina, contracts by and between the
City and the State Highway Commission of Kansas for the purpose of obtaining the
benefit of State aid for the improvement of streets designated rn d as City connecting
links on the State Highway System on terms and conditions set forth in such con—
tracts as may be prepared and approved by the State Highway Commission.
