AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a part of a certain north south alley I
located between Third Street and Fourth Street from the Smoky Hill River north

to the north line of Lot 179 on Fourth Street and Lot 180 on Third Street in the
Original Torn of Salina, Kansas, subject to reservations.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansast
Pa
Section 1. That a rt of a certain north south alley located between

1 Third Street and Fourth Street, from the Smoky Hill River north to the north
line of Lot 179 on Fourth Street and the north line of Lot 180 on Third Street
in the Original Town of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and it is hereby vacated,
provided however, that the City of Salina expressly reserves the right to authorise
or to install, replace, maintain, and repair, in said alley, s*wergs later lines,
electric lines, telephone lines, gas lines and other utility lineae
Section 2e That the alley hereby vacated shall revert, subject to the

reservations aforesaid, to the adjoining land as provided by lays
Section 3e That the ordinance shall become effective from and after its

adoption and publication once in the official city papers
