AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a certain north south alley located
between Second Street and Front Street from the north line of Republic Avenue
to the south line of Wilson Street, subject to reservations.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, %ansasx
Section 1. That a certain north south alley located between Second Street
and Front Street, be and it is hereby vacated from the north line of Republic
Avenue to the south line of Wilson Street, provided however, that the City of
Salina, Kansas, hereby expressly reserves the right to authorise or to install,
replace, maintain and repair in said alley, sewers, water lines, electric light
lines, telephone lines, gas line and other utility lines.
Section Z. That the alley hereby vacated shall revert, subject to the
reservations aforesaid, to the adjoining land as provided by law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
