AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning ordinance Number 5549 and bhe
Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of
certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.

with; and So NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansast
Section 1. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT B, SECOND DWELLING MUSE DISTRICT. That the
Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, heretofore duly adopted and
published as a part of ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that
the following described property as follows, to -wits
Lots 2 and 4 in Block 6, Sunnyside Addition
to the City of Salina, Kansase
shall become a part of Distfict B, Second Dwelling House District. That the use
of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions
and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with
reference to the Second Dwelling House District, as aforesaid.
Section & EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper*
