ORDINANCE NUMBER 5745

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number
5549 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and pro-
viding for the rezoning of certain property within the City and pre-
scribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning Dis-
trict IWTap and the rezoning of certain lands within hereinafter described
has been timely complied with; and SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT D. LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, That
the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, heretofore duly
j adopted and p,,zblished as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is
hereby amended so that the following described property as follows, to -
wit:
The South 25 feet of the East 25 feet of Lot 5 on
Seventh Street, Holland's Addition;
'The North 25 feet of the East 25 feet of Lot 7 on
Seventh Street, Holland's Addition;
The South 50 feet of the North 75 feet of the East
24.13 feet of Lot 7, on Seventh Street, Holland's
Addition.
The South 80 feet of the East 2.5 feet of Lot 7 on
Seventh Street, Holland's Addition;
The East 150 feet of Lot 1, Surveyor's Plat "D";
'--'he East 150 feet of Lot 2, Surveyor's Plat I'D";
The North 75 feet of the East 1.50 feet of Lot 3,
Surveyor's Plat "D", all of said lots are in -che
City of Salina, Kansas
shall become apart of District D, LOCAL BUSINESS. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions
and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549
with reference to the Local Business District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and pUblication once in the
official city paper.
