AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the
Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning
of certain property -within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and
the rezoning of certain lands within hereinafter described has been timely complied
with; and SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansasr
Stiction le AMENDMENT, DISTRICT F, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTP.ICT. That the zoning

of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following property
described as follows, to -writs
Beginning at a point on the north line of Wilson Street extending west,
66 feet west of the east line of the right-of-way of the Missouri Pacific
right -sof -sway, them north and parallel to the said east line of said right -
of -gray to the south line of Crawford Street, thence west 150 feet, thence
south parallel with the east line of said right -of -sway, to a point on the
north line of Wilson Street extended west, thence east, 150 feet to point
of beginning.
shall become a part of District "F" Light Industrial. That the use of said described

property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made
and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Light Industrial
District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
