90-9385 Zone Meyer AddKinn -Cox Printinq — S.Il Kansas (Published in The Salina Journal June -ZO, 1990) ORDINANCE NUMBER 90-9385 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 8526, THE SAME BEING CHAPTER 42 OF THE SALINA CODE, AND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP THEREIN AND THEREBY ADOPTED AND PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND PRESCRIBING THE PROPER USES THEREOF. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning of certain property therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "PC -111. PLANNED RESTRICTED BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Part of Lot One (1), Block Two (2), Meyer Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot One (1); Thence North along the west line of said Lot One (1), a distance of one hundred ninety-three feet (193.00'); Thence South eighty degrees zero minutes East (S800001E) a distance of two hundred one feet (201.001); Thence North Sixty-five degrees zero minutes East (N650001E) a distance of eighty-nine and fifty hundredths feet (89.50') to the east line of said Lot One (1); Thence in a southerly direction along the east line of said Lot One (1), a distance of one hundred and forty-seven hundredths feet (100.471) to the southeast corner of said Lot One (1 ); Thence in a southwesterly direction along the south line of said Lot One 0 ) a distance of three hundred thirty-nine and twenty-six hundredths feet to the point of beginning. shall become a part of District "PC -1". PLANNED RESTRICTED BUSINESS DISTRICT. Section 2. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code with reference to the PLANNED RESTRICTED BUSINESS DISTRICT. Development of the property shall be subject to the plans Kuhn -Cox Printing — Salina, Kansas on file with the Planning Commission and/or City Clerk and the following conditions, to -wit: 1. Approval is subject to the approved Preliminary Development Plan and supporting documents which are on file in the City Clerk's Office and is incorporated herein by reference. 2. The development shall be completed in substantial conformance with the approved site plan and architectural sketches. 3. Prohibited uses shall include public utility substations, business offices and all retail stores accessory to a professional office building or clinic except pharmacies. 4. Signage shall be limited to one (1) ground sign not to exceed twenty-four (24) square feet in area and two (2) wall signs not to exceed eight (8) square feet each, all in compliance with the C-1 regulations. Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
