jAN ORDINANCE amending Section 13-1326, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, Kansas,
1948, as amended by Ordinance Number 5660 and providing for the repeal of subdivision
"('b) (2)" of Section 1 of said Ordinance 5660.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salim, Kansas:
Section 1. That subdivision *(b) (2) of Section 13-1326, Revised Ordinances of
the City of Salina, Kansas, 1948, and amended by Ordinance Number 5660 be and it is
ihereby amended to read, as follows:
"(b) (2) For trips from one place to another in Zone 2 that traverse
Zone 1, 65¢ for first passenger and 15j� for each additional passenger
on and off at the same place; a*d, for trips within Zone 2, that do not
traverse Zone 1, or from zone RX into, but not out of Zone 1, 60¢ for
first passenger, and 16X for each additional passenger on and off at
the same place."
Section 2. That subdivision "(b) (2)" of Section 13-1326, Revised Ordinances of
the City of Salina, Kansas, 1948, be and it is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinanoe shall be in full force and effect from and after
its publication once in the official city paper.
