AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a part of a certain street and high.
way in the City of Salina, Kansas
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commdssioners of the City of Salina, Kansas.

Section 1. That that certain unamed street and highway situated on or
about the section line dividing the north half of Section 22 and 23, Township
140 South, Range 3 West of the @th P. Id. in Saline County, ptg

suoh portions thereof as may be situated within the confines of Choctaw Drive,
Cypress Drive, Commanche Drive, Plum Drive, Cherokee Drive, Redwood Drive and

i Pueblo Drive, as recently dedicated in the plats of Sunset Manor Addition to the
Cit of Salina and
City Edgesiere Addition to said city, be and it is hereby vacated,
providing, however, that the City of Salina hereby expressly reserve

said plats and the certificates thereto.

Section 2. That this ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption
and publication once in the official city paper.
