Zoning Ustrict 'iap therein and thereby adopted and providing; for the rezoning
of certain property within the city and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
:�HLBLAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and
the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter described has been timely co;nplied with;

Section 1. Ai 1D uT1T, --ISIRICT F, LIC,I±T I1JLUST'.I L ijISTRICT. i'hat the zoning
District 111ap of the City of Salina, heretofore duly adopted and -published as a part
of Ordinance N.mber 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the folloiring property
described as follows: Jabactda to -brit:
Beginning at a point on the west right-of-way line of US 31 by-pass
and Two :Hundred and Eighty ( 260 t) feet, south of the center line of
Walnut Street, thence west, One hundred and Fifty (1501) feet, thence
south, Five Hundred and Seventy -Six (5761) feet, thence East One
hundred and Fifty, (150') feet, thence north Five Hundred and Seventy-
six (5761) feet to the place of beginning,
shall become a part of District "F" Li-7ht Industrial. That the use of said described
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and li_mitat_ons as made
and p_,ovided for in said Ordinance number 5549 i:ith reference to the Light Industrial
District , as aforesaid.
Section 2, EV' LC1IVh LATL. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from ,nd after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
