That for the work and improvements herein provided for, the City ingineer shEll make and file with the City Clerk on or before the lith day of August � 1952, complete plans and specifications -for the 1)aving and grading, with el -ca -vat -on necessary therefor, of each of the streets or portions thereof described in Sections 1 to 13 inclusive, of this ordinance, t.Tith the following type of i;iprovements: The streets between the guttering li-;.es and within the limits hereinbefore defined shall be graded to the established paving grades and paved with reinforced concrete six inches deep, pro- vided that in the event of the non-availability of rei:"orcing material, that then said pave.:.ent shall be constructed with con- crete to a depth of seven inches, and said Engineer s call on or before the same date, si bmit to the Board of Cornnissioners und.er oath, detailed estimates of the cost of such work for said improvements. 1 J 1 CONSOLIDATED -_N_ Section 15.
