That it is necessary and it is hereby ordered that Anderson Avenue (on the north side) from a point 200 feet west of the west line of Front Street, to the west I line of Third Street, and on the south side of Anderson Avenue from the west line of I Front Street to the Crest line of Third Street, in said city be curbed and guttered with i excavation necessary therefor and graded to the established paving -rade to each side I thereof., as may be necessary for the completion of saidwork. That it is necessary and it is hereby ordered that Sunrise Drive (on the west side) from the north line of Morningside Drive to the south line of Wilson Street, and Sunrise Drive (on the east side) from the north line of Plorningside ;,rive to the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 6, a-lorningside Addition, in said city be curbed and guttered with excavation necessary therefor and graded to the established paving grade to each side thereof, as may be necessary for t -,-,e completion of ;;aid work. 1 Section 16. That it is necessary and it is hereby ordered that Stack Avenue from the center line of Delairare Avenue to the east line of -First alley east of Delaware Avenue, in said city, be curbed and guttered with excavat-_on necessary therefor and graded to the established paving grade to each side thereof, as may be necessary for the co,apletion of said work. Section 18. That it is necessa°y and it is hereby ordered that Wisconsin Avenue from the center line of Iron Avenue to the center line of G-.-psum Avenue, in said city be curbed and guttered Trrith excavation necessary therefor and graded to the established paving grade to each side thereof, as may be necessary for the co_iplet'on of said work. Section 19, icor the Work irProvements herein provided for theCity &gi.neer shall make and file with the City Clerk on or before the 11th day of August 1952, complete plans and specifications for the curbing, guttering and `rade (i%rith excavation necessary therefor) of each of the streets or portions thereof described in Sections 1 to 18 inclusive of this ordinance, with the following type of iq)rovements: Concrete combined 30 inches wide from curb and gutter on each side thereof 12 inches back of curb deep at bac, 6 to paving line, curb necessar, gradin;- gutter of each to the inches deep; and the established between the i* thin the curb and gutter lines limits paving grade on each side thereof and of said streets hereinbefore described, and said Engineer shall on or before the same date, submit to the Board of Commissioners under oath, detailed estimates of the cost of such work for such improvements. Section 20. That after such plans and specifications shall have been ;:ade and pre- pared by the Cit F��'ineer and filed with , City rith. the City Clerk as aforesaid., the Board of i I Commissioners may advertise by advertisement published. in the official city a I City of Salina, Aansas, for three consecutive days for the receipt of sealed p pop of the Proposals j for the improving of said streets with the kind of material named and sp,.cified in the preceding sections hereof, and for the excavation and gradin necessary cessary for the comple- tion o_r" s -,ch work, and after the receipt of such proposals the said Board of C i omrnis s ion ers may and are hereby authorized to let contracts for the improving of said streets with the material selected by them to theloirest responsible bidder or bidders therefor, determined bxz as y said Board of Commissioners and for such excavation and grading. Said Board of Commissioners reserve the ri�-`ht to reject any and all bids. Section 21.
